Automatic Dough Forming & Filling Machine

This machine is suitable for producing bread and pastry products such as filled dough rolls, flatbreads, hot dog buns, stuffed soft buns, vegetable filled buns, pan-fried stuffed buns, French baguettes, sandwich toast, layered dough rolls and cream filled buns.

It adopts three-stage progressive sheeting to roll the dough to a specified thickness. Compared with single-pass forming machines, the dough sheet produced is more uniform with finer texture.

The filling feeder injects fillings into the rolled dough strip, or the product can be directly cut and formed.

It avoids mechanical damage to the texture of dough and fillings and generates no heat, completely replacing the tedious traditional manual production process.

Equipped with an advanced HMI control system, the machine features simple and fast operation.
